I don’t usually make cakes. As a single gal I have stayed well away from cakes. Squares and cookies tend to grab my attention. So why did I make this cake? Dare I admit, doing so is part of my New Year intentions? Because that was my motivation. Trying more recipes.
Most of said cake is making its way to my office tomorrow. Three slices are tucked away in my freezer for future consumption.
